I needed to replace my Krups 10 cup thermal coffee maker because it had a real problem, after six years. I bought 12 cups of coffee maker Cuisinart heat. I am very satisfied with your purchase. As long as you top-right (pitch in pour spout) and make sure that the coffee cart is closed, this machine is magic. Coffee stays hot for a long time. I usually do in the early morning and my husband will drink it in the late afternoon. Always it is still hot. Better than the Krups.

We bought the brewery eight or nine years ago. Over the past 20 years, we had attempted to Mr. Coffee, Krups, Gevalia, Braun and others. Most are reasonable breweries with fragile pot. Coffee should be cleaned to avoid that taste like old tires after hour.With Cuisinart is stainless steel pots - inside and out. This not only stops breakage. It keeps coffee hot for many hours. Work at home, so it's important. Cook at seven o'clock in the morning cup is drinkably hot afternoon. What's more, if left in the pot overnight, the pure "gravity seal" system keeps the coffee tasting (I know I do not believe me but it's true), pretty decent. Often I extract the last bit into a mug and microwave it. It is still better than most restaurants coffee.
Brewer works great. Not fast, but the grounds are well used and full-bodied coffee. We really had a "flood" of 3-4 times. This was either A) a person can not screw-cap equal to or B) do not push the filter basket all the way Yeah, beeps are higher than we wanted, but after almost ten years, we often don 't even heard it.Bottom line: If you want good coffee in imperishable entity to a decent price, you can not go wrong with this unit!
